Job Requirements:

Duties:

Fulfillment of daily orders i.e. pick, pack and ship items

Use of Shipping station such as USPS, FedEx and UPS create labels including required documentation needed for for carriers

Coordinate with Customer Service Dept regarding status of regular and expedited orders and shipping fees

Light Assembly (packaging items for stock when not shipping)

Basic computer knowledge required

Strong time management skills

Good communication skills

Being detail oriented

Resolve production issues by coordinating with internal depts

Keep team on task and hold employees accountable to performance and attendance

Support a clean safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Prior experience on lead, coordinator or supervisor role in manufacturing setting

Good organizational skills and time management skills

Comfortable using basic computer systems to track production and materials

Team-oriented, calm under pressure and dependable

Preferred (not required)

Familiarity with molding, plastics, or silicone manufacturing

Experience working with open order reports or production tracking tools
