Responsibilities

As an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will:

• Conduct routine cycle counts for packaging, ingredients, raw materials, and byproducts.
• Investigate and help resolve missing product issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low inventory concerns to the Inventory Manager.
• Maintain, track, and report inventory records and inventory changes.
• Partner with internal departments to coordinate product disposition for use or disposal.
• Work with production, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies.
• Maintain and update inventory standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have

• At least one (1) year of experience in inventory, production, or department coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships across departments and with customers.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory analyses on wine, juice, and production samples.
