Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to support housekeeping, facility upkeep, and day-to-day maintenance operations at our Corte Madera location. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks to ensure an optimal level of service.
- Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance across all facility areas, including buildings, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
- Support building and grounds initiatives such as:
- Leading lunch and dinner service setups
- Preparing and maintaining refreshment stands
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchenette appliances
- Completing office upgrades
- Performing maintenance and repairs to meet high standards of quality
- Maintaining campus grounds and landscaping
- Conducting carpet repair and cleaning
- Moving furniture and hanging art or décor
- Minimize downtime with strong self-motivation and a preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance approach.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT regulations.
- Manage supply and repair part expenses with cost awareness to ensure maximum value.
- Respond quickly to downtime situations that affect housekeeping and hospitality expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with third-party service providers to support daily Centre of Innovation operations.
- Deliver high-quality, service-oriented completion of work orders in alignment with operational needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule as needed.

- Experience in a maintenance, facilities, porter, or housekeeping role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials or furnishings as required
- Knowledge of OSHA, HAZMAT, and general safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Print Operator to join our production team in West Sacramento. Successful candidates will have a solid and consistent work history, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports printing operations by assisting with machine setup, operation, and quality control throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with machine setup and routine maintenance
- Operate and monitor printing equipment throughout production runs
- Observe machines for malfunctions and report issues promptly
- Accurately interpret job tickets and SOPs to ensure customer requirements are met
- Select samples and/or proofs for customer review when requested
- Sort and prepare printed output for the next step in the production process
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Ensure team members have adequate materials, tools, and supplies to maintain workflow
