Job Title: Production Associate – Cosmetics Manufacturing
Shift: 5:30am -4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: $18+ DOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our cosmetics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following production instructions, handling raw materials, operating equipment, and ensuring product quality and safety. This role requires adherence to company safety standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities:

Read, understand, and follow production instructions, work orders, and safety guidelines.
Operate production equipment and perform assembly, mixing, or packaging tasks as assigned.
Handle, move, and lift materials up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times.
Assist in inventory control and material handling as needed.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Willingness to wear PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, hairnets, and lab coats.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Rate: $25-$30 DOE
Shift Time: 7am-3:30pm M-F

Specific Job Duties:
• Work in small teams to sort archived product and raw material samples into appropriate bins for disposal.
• Use handheld scanners and/or a laptop computer to look up item codes and their assigned disposal pathways.
• Use Microsoft Office to document sorted items.
• Work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Participate as a fully engaged member of a self-directed work team to achieve department goals.
• Other support duties as needed, including document routing and performing various administrative and investigative tasks.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.

• Basic use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
