Positions are long-term!

 Shifts Available:

·      1st shift: 6am-4:30pm, Pay $23.59/hr.

·      3rd shift: 6pm-4:30am, Pay $24.09/hr.

 Schedules Available: 4/10 schedule

·      Sun-Wed

·      Wed-Sat

Forklift Operator Duties:

·      Sit-down, Stand-up, Cherry Picker, EPJ

·      RF Scanning

·      Order pulling

Large logistic and transportation company is hiring experienced Logistics Coordinator to add to their team!

We are looking for an experienced Billing Logistics Coordinator with excellent customer service skills. 

• Temp-Hire opportunity!
• Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri
• Great Pay: $28/hour

Logistics Coordinator Duties:

·      Assist with operations and Logistical department.

·      Assign routing and send delivery alerts to carriers.

·      Maintain communication with carriers and clients on shipments.

·      Coordinating transportation delivery logistics with domestic trucking companies to ensure safe and timely delivery to clients.

·      Data entry and dispatch pickups to carriers.

·      Collaborate with other departments and carriers to prioritize and service customer's needs.

·      Quote client inquiries.

·      Preference for candidates with billing logistics experience

·      Enter customer billing in TMS and finalize so invoices are issued.

·      Excellent customer service.
