Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Commerce, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a sit-down forklift, loading and unloading materials, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and safety.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Stage products for shipping and receiving activities.
- Perform inventory transactions and assist with stock rotation.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
- Valid forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory is a plus.
