Job Title: Inside Sales Clerk
Pay Rate: $24.00
Schedule- Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (may work Saturdays)
Temporary assignment of 2 ½ months (assignment might extend)
Receives requests for quotations, orders, lead times, and order follow-up from assigned customers.
Prepares quotations, writes orders, and relays pertinent order information to assigned customers.
Coordinates with internal departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to assigned customers.
Performs various administrative tasks, including all filing for the Sales Department.
Job Requirements:
Achieves and maintains good relationships with assigned customers and assures customer satisfaction by prompt resolution of all customer related issues.
Receives requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from assigned customers.
Performs and communicates pricing to assigned customers on requests for quotations.
Serves as liaison between assigned customers and all internal departments to meet customer and company needs.
Performs various administrative tasks within department, including filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.
Performs data entry.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Organizes and prioritizes departmental work flow to ensure effective use of departmental resources.
Performs routine inspection and testing of product in process and/or finished products using precision measuring tools and equipment.
