Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Four-Slide Machine Operator to set up and operate slide forming machines that manufacture precision metal components such as spring washers, brackets, and clips. This role is critical in ensuring parts meet strict aircraft-quality specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate one or more four-slide forming machines to punch, cut, and form metal strips and wire
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing work orders to determine tooling and material requirements
- Select, mount, and align tooling attachments to ensure proper machine setup
- Make machine adjustments as needed to produce parts within required specifications and tolerances
- Load machines with raw materials and monitor production runs
- Use precision measuring instruments, including:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Comparator
- Specialized inspection gauges
- Perform ongoing quality checks to ensure compliance with aerospace standards
- Maintain productivity levels while meeting quality and production targets
- Complete required recordkeeping and data entry accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (housekeeping)
- Follow all safety policies and procedures

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Threadroll Machine Operator to set up and operate various thread rolling machines for the production of precision, aircraft-quality fasteners. This position requires attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate thread roll machines to manufacture precision fasteners
- Use and set various measuring instruments, including:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Plug and ring gages
- Comparator and microscope
- Read and interpret part drawings, work instructions, and process control procedures
- Understand thread rolling terminology and part features
- Perform first piece verification and in-process (loaf pan) inspections per specifications
- Identify improper machine functioning and report safety concerns promptly
- Complete daily 5S activities and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform preventative maintenance at the start of each shift
- Accurately complete transactions in Shop-Trak system
- Follow Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
- Pass production stamp test
