Location: Compton, CA 

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm -3:00am 

Position Overview:

As a Sand Blaster, you'll be responsible for cleaning and preparing surfaces of metal or other materials using high-pressure abrasive blasting equipment. Your work will help ensure quality finishes for manufacturing, fabrication, and industrial coating applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, strip, or prepare surfaces for painting or coating

  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times

  • Inspect surfaces to ensure they meet finish and cleanliness standards

  • Maintain equipment and work area to ensure safe and efficient operation

  • Assist with other shop or production tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Resume 
  • Prior sandblasting or industrial cleaning experience preferred

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
