Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clamp Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for safely operating clamp forklift equipment to move, stack, and stage materials while meeting productivity and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate clamp forklift equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, transport, and stack materials using clamp attachments
- Stage product for inbound and outbound shipments
- Verify materials, inventory counts, and locations
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clamp forklift experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift

Machine Operator – Printing Company

Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for meeting production and quality goals through proper machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting. This role requires coordinating labor, ensuring materials are correctly staged, and safely operating printing equipment. The Machine Operator may also perform Material Handler I duties as needed.
Equipment operated may include 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag machines.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials into assigned machines
- Perform Material Handler I duties as required
- Set up machine components and validate proper equipment configuration
- Troubleshoot machine components and perform minor non-mechanical adjustments, including clearing jams and machine calibration, while following all safety and maintenance procedures
- Monitor and manage machine performance using a computer interface (keyboard and mouse)
- Respond to system error messages and take corrective action as needed
- Collect machine performance data and enter information into MS Excel spreadsheets
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on finished products
- Independently resolve machine productivity and product quality issues
- Support and comply with internal and external audits
- Analyze and report objective production data to the Production Lead or Supervisor
- Recommend improvements for machine utilization, quality control, and labor efficiency
- Maintain housekeeping and adhere to all safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
