We are looking for a strong office assistant to handle a variety of administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will be responsible for the coordination of activities (operations and planning) and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the executive office. S/he handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature including financial reports, contract negotiations and organizational changes, and must function independently, efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong foundation of business operations through a structured internal rotation and develop an understanding of all areas of the company including; Planning and Purchasing
  • Develop, maintain, and update an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Collaborate with people from different backgrounds and at different levels within the company
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required including, sending faxes, file preparation and maintenance of customer files.
