CNC Press Brake Operator - Night Shift

Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Night Shift - 10:30pm-6:30am

About the Role:
We’re hiring a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing plant in Anaheim. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and maintain CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders

  • Measure, inspect, and verify finished parts for quality and accuracy

  • Adjust machine settings as needed for precision and efficiency

  • Maintain equipment and follow plant safety procedures

Summary:

This role is responsible for working in a production line using mild steel materials and a semi-automatic MIG gun to manipulate weld pool while maintaining a constant quick paced environment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to use handheld welding equipment such as welding clamps to weld or join metal components or seams of fabricated metal pieces.
  • Ability and knowledge in operating semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments, using a MIG weld and spotweld processes.
  • Responsible for thorough knowledge of appropriate safety practices; must wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies and practices.
  • Experience spotwelding various metals.
  • Monitors the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts to prevent warping, shrinking, distortion or expansion of materials.
  • Responsible to examine work pieces for defects and ensuring a quality finished product that conforms to the customer’s specification.
