Qualifications & Skills

All candidates must:

  • Communicate professionally and politely with callers from all walks of life
  • Be proficient with computers, software, and typing
  • Pass a typing test demonstrating 45–55 WPM
  • Be familiar with the Albuquerque metro area and surrounding locations
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Possess strong customer service skills (medical background is a plus but not required)
  • Be punctual and dependable
