Job Responsibilities:

•  Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, to trucks or storage facilities.
• · Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• · Review copies of production or shipping orders and transport material to and from the designated areas.
• · Load and unload goods from vehicles.
• · Adheres to all quality guidelines Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.

Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

We are currently seeking reliable and professional Customer Service Representatives for a remote position to support a busy healthcare environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, call center experience, and a basic understanding of medical terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls making outbound calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and general support
- Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and procedures
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Document calls and update information in the system as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous call center or customer service experience required
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
