Select Staffing is Now Hiring Entry Level Production associates at a busy and desired cereal production company in Albuquerque, NM  for Night shifts-12 hours. 

  • Flexible Schedule
  • $15.00 an hour for DAYS
  • $15.50 an hour for NIGHTS 
  • 5:45pm-5:45am or 5:45am to 5:45pm
  • up to 3 days/nights a week
  • 12-hour shift
  • Weekly pay

Job Description

This is an entry level cereal and cereal bar production position and General Mills. On the job training provided. Flexible schedule, pick your own workdays- great for supplemental income. Weekday and weekend shift available!

  • Building cereal cardboard totes
  • General Clean up
  • Working in different areas of the plant
  • Be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 40 pounds. 
  • Able to follow all company safety policies.

Able to work 12-hour Day or Night shifts, 5:45 pm -5:45am.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Part Time
  • Hours: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Type: Temporary
  • Environment: Auto Collision Center office environment

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key administrative role, supporting both customers and the accounting team. Responsibilities include:

  • Helping customers over the phone with accounting issues or concerns
  • Resolving billing discrepancies and answering invoicing questions
  • Processing daily invoices and driver payments
  • Handling will-call orders and payment processing
  • Reconciling and applying payments daily
  • Assisting with collections of delinquent accounts
  • Preparing accurate monthly customer statements
  • Sorting and filing customer documents
  • Supporting audit requests with AR documentation
  • Assisting other departments with accounting-related questions
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned
