Overview

We are seeking an Admin/Cashier to join our team. This role is responsible for front-counter customer service, transaction processing, daily cash-handling, and basic inventory support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close cash drawer; process cash, check, and credit card transactions.
  • Follow procedures for checks, credit card authorizations, returns, and special-order payments.
  • Prepare daily reports, reconcile receipts, and assemble bank deposits.
  • Manage customer orders: collect payments, track items, and notify customers.
  • Receive and put away shipments; assist with inventory counts and P21 adjustments.
  • Provide customer service in person and by phone.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
