The Labeling & Graphics Coordinator supports a fast-paced design team and is responsible for managing packaging and labeling projects from launch through print. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution of multiple projects at various stages.


Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between the Graphics Department, internal teams, and external vendors regarding project status, assets, deadlines, and technical specifications
  • Manage packaging and labeling projects from launch through print production
  • Proofread and ensure accuracy of all marketing and labeling content, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency, die lines, color, layout, design, and print quality
  • Ensure accuracy of UPC barcodes and item numbers

  • Support label revisions during product launches

About the Role

Select is HIRING. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! This position is responsible for ensuring the proper mechanical functioning of plant equipment and machinery, troubleshooting electrical/electronic malfunctions, and performing repairs and preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Replace, install, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair production equipment and electrical components.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective actions.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to optimize machine performance.
  • Inspect drives, motors, belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, and follow maintenance checklists.
  • Replace faulty parts, electrical wires, motors, controls, and circuit boards.
  • Dismantle equipment using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools to access defective parts.
  • Lubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
  • Operate hand and power tools for repairs, welding, cutting, and part replacement.
  • Operate production machines as needed to understand capabilities and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.
