Job Overview:

The Tube Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery designed to cut, bend, shape, or weld tubing materials to meet production specifications. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate tube processing machines according to job orders
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Inspect finished tubing for defects and verify compliance with specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Record production data and maintain accurate work documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
