Position: Warehouse/Inventory Clerk

Position Profile

The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting warehouse and production operations by managing inventory, receiving materials, and fulfilling orders to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain. This position is responsible for picking materials for assembly and shipping, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse operations to meet productivity and delivery goals.

This role works closely with the Warehouse Lead, Supervisor, and Manager in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and stock incoming materials and products
• Pick and issue materials for assembly and customer shipments
• Print pick lists and issue/close Manufacturing Orders (MOs)
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory management
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Operate Industrial Power Fork Trucks and warehouse equipment
• Perform daily housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Follow and comply with all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership

Knowledge & Experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (with assistance from a second person)
• Ability to operate industrial power fork trucks and warehouse equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take direction and follow procedures accurately
• Good computer skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Team-player mindset with a strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Approximately a 6-month learning period

Performance Expectations

• Pick approximately 15–20 orders daily
• Process 35–45 customer order line items per day
• Perform daily cycle counting of 10–15 inventory items
• Stock 35–45 material items daily
