Job Opening: Quality Control Specialist

Quality Specialist – Irvine, CA

$29-$30hr

Temporary 6+ months

Primary Responsibilities:

·           Perform Inspection on all products within a timely manner

·           Determine product conformance or non-conformance to drawings

·           Use SAP to transact product to inventory or to MRB

·           Write non-conformances for product that is not acceptable to requirements

·           Detailed review of product against requirements

·           Document results in Excel and SAP

Position Requirements:

·        High School Diploma or GED required, with 3 years of technical industry experience in a manufacturing environment

·        Working knowledge of use of measuring equipment – calipers, micrometer optical measurement equipment

·        Blueprint reading with GD&T, test specifications

·        SAP or equivalent ERP system knowledge

·        Lift up to 35lbs unassisted, on a regular basis

·        Stand for extended periods of time

·        Bend, lift, reach and squat throughout the day

·        Ability to stoop and squat 

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook

·        Able to speak, read, and understand English; clear verbal communication
