Customer Service Representative (3PL Logistics)
Pay Rate: $19–$21/hr based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, long-term assignment with potential for permanent placement
Our client is a well-established 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company specializing in apparel, retail, and consumer goods. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for growth and conversion to a permanent role.
We are seeking a responsible and motivated Customer Service Representative with 3–4 years of office experience to join a small, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support in a logistics and warehouse environment
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Compose and respond to professional emails
- Perform general administrative and computer-based tasks
- Support Freight and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) processes as needed (training provided)
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of office or administrative experience
- Basic Excel skills
- General computer knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to compose professional, clear emails
- Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus but not required)
- FTZ experience is a plus but not required (willing to train)
