Production Associate – Cosmetics Manufacturing

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, morning shift start times between 5:00 AM–7:00 AM

Shift Length: 8-hour shifts with possible overtime

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to support cosmetics manufacturing operations. This role includes working on the filling line, packout, and maintaining a clean and organized production area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with filling line operations
• Perform packout duties including labeling and boxing products
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards
• Inspect products and report issues
• Meet daily production goals
• Work overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or production experience a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for early shifts

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 25–40 lbs
• Perform repetitive tasks
