Position Summary
As a Logistics Data Coordinator, you will help manage transportation activities across assigned lanes and modes. You will work closely with carriers, warehouses, and internal partners to make sure shipments are booked correctly, picked up on time, and delivered without issues. You will also support exception management, track in-transit loads, maintain key data, and contribute to performance reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage shipment bookings and execution for assigned lanes or carriers
- Ensure carriers meet service requirements and complete on-time pickups and deliveries
- Coordinate with warehouses and internal teams for special requests and exceptions
- Track in-transit shipments, provide accurate ETAs, and escalate delays when needed
- Maintain transportation master data, including weights, dimensions, and freight classifications
- Support carrier performance reporting and assist with resolving issues
- Train and coach Logistics Coordinators on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field
- Strong knowledge of freight modes including road, rail, air, and ocean
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working with ERP or TMS systems required (Oracle or OTM preferred)
- Strong problem solving, communication, and escalation management skills
- Organized, adaptable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
