Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and coworkers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products by using our website and completing in-house system training.
- Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate and coordinate with team members across departments as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional, high-quality support.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service experience required
- Office administration experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable learning and using computer systems and internal programs
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
