You will be working with a team of customer service representatives, all working toward the same goal – satisfying our customers’ needs. Responsibilities:• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and co-workers at all times.• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.• Communicating with customers through various channels.• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.• Learning our products inside and out by using our website and training with the team on our in-house programs.• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
