Role Overview

Order Pickers are responsible for operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker forklift, handling product accurately, and supporting daily warehouse operations. You’ll work with an RF scanner and may be cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions.

Primary Duties

• Operate an Order Picker / Cherry Picker safely and efficiently
• Use an RF scanner to perform put-aways and pick rug orders
• Manage pick ticket orders
• Pull items according to size, color, quantity, and quality specifications
• Verify the accuracy of all orders
• Stage completed orders correctly for delivery
• Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Position Requirements

• Order Picker / Cherry Picker forklift experience required
• Ability to consistently lift 35 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working a Saturday–Wednesday schedule
• Must be flexible for mandatory overtime, including weekdays and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliability and commitment to safety in a warehouse environment
