Position Overview

As a Machine Operator – Extruder, you will operate extrusion equipment, monitor production quality, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure safe and efficient plant operation. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Shift Details

Night Shift (Rotating Days Off):

• Monday–Friday: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekends: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Must be willing to work two weekends per month

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines
• Inspect materials for quality and consistency
• Adjust machine settings as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Document production activity and follow instructions accurately

Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of Extruder Machine Operator experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical awareness
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and production instructions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work weekends as scheduled
