Position Overview

The Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring that production machinery is operating correctly, safely, and efficiently. You will follow detailed checklists, verify components, and ensure quality standards are met while monitoring equipment throughout your shift.

Key Job Duties

• Ensure the machine is functioning correctly throughout production
• Follow a detailed checklist to verify:
  • Hoppers are filled with the correct components
  • Sensors are clean and functioning
  • Cameras are properly set to detect and reject defective parts
• Monitor parts moving through the machine to ensure proper flow
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate logs and report issues to supervisors
• Support general production needs as assigned
