Office Coordinator
Location: Santa Maria, CA Starting Pay: $28.00-$30 DOE Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Full Time
Are you looking to join a team that values your skills and offers a path to grow your career? Select Staffing is hiring an Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth day to day office operations while providing coordinated HR administrative support in partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for office needs and day-to-day readiness
- Coordinate vendors (cleaning, maintenance, IT/telecom) and track issues to resolution
- Liaise with building management for facility requests
- Manage office supplies, purchases, and basic budget tracking
- Maintain office organization and required postings (with YPP)
- Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office logs
- Support office projects (moves, signage, access/badges, small upgrades)
- Coordinate basic employee engagement activities and office events
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and leave logistics with YPP
- Maintain employee files and required acknowledgements
- Assist with recruitment, training logistics, and employee communications
- Track policy acknowledgements and training completion
- Assist with timekeeping coordination and basic tracking
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, office administration or human resources
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Comfortable working with systems (Google Workspace/Excel, HR portals, DocuSign)
- Background check required
