Inspector / Rewinder – 1st Shift
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Industry: Printing / Manufacturing
Base Pay: $18.50/hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector/Rewinder to join our 1st shift production team. In this role, you will rewind, inspect, and finish label products according to work instructions while ensuring high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities
- Rewind, inspect, and finish labels per approved work instructions
- Perform detailed part inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Operate rewinding equipment (Rotoflex or similar systems a plus)
- Maintain consistent product quality throughout all production stages
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to read and understand English work instructions
- Knowledge of measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and rulers
- Strong math and communication skills
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working around machinery with bright or flashing lights (important for individuals sensitive to photosensitive epilepsy)
