Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Print Operator to join our production team in West Sacramento. Successful candidates will have a solid and consistent work history, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports printing operations by assisting with machine setup, operation, and quality control throughout the production process. Similar experience in a print operations setting preferred but not necessary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup and routine maintenance
• Operate and monitor printing equipment throughout production runs
• Observe machines for malfunctions and report issues promptly
• Accurately interpret job tickets and SOPs to ensure customer requirements are met
• Select samples and/or proofs for customer review when requested
• Sort and prepare printed output for the next step in the production process
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Ensure team members have adequate materials, tools, and supplies to maintain workflow

Qualifications

• Proven solid work history with reliability and attendance
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work the assigned evening shift consistently
• Prior printing or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
