Extrusion Associate – Manufacturing

Location: Woodland, CA
Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Extrusion Associate to join a manufacturing plant in Woodland. This position is responsible for supporting PVC pipe extrusion operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for candidates with manufacturing or production experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee 1–2 extrusion machines used in PVC pipe fabrication
• Remove finished pipes from the production line and palletize for shipping
• Maintain production pace to meet output requirements
• Perform quality inspections, including measurements, and complete inspection reports accurately
• Bend pipes as required by production specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Safety & Workplace Requirements

• Proper work attire required: long pants and sturdy work shoes
  • No sandals or sneakers permitted
• All provided safety equipment must be worn at all times while on the production floor
• This is a smoke-free workplace; smoking is prohibited at all times
• Once the shift begins, employees may not leave the facility until the shift is completed
• Employees receive a paid 30-minute meal break, as outlined in company policy

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection and documentation
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Prior manufacturing or extrusion experience is a plus, but not required
