Job Description
As a B2B Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on outbound calling, account management, and relationship building with existing and prospective business clients. You will communicate technical information clearly, support lead generation efforts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective business-to-business (B2B) customers
- Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Identify sales opportunities and support pipeline development
- Clearly explain technical products, services, or solutions
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service
- Document call activity and update CRM systems accurately
