Location: Gardena, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00am-1:30pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor various manual and automated production machines. This role is responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and productivity while supporting overall manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines such as Press Brake, Spot Welder, CNC, Punch Press, Turret, and Laser
- Monitor machines to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet company standards
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Operate a forklift and assist with material loading/unloading as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous experience in general manufacturing or machine operation
- Strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and positive attitude
