Position Summary
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will serve as the primary representative for the brand to customers both internally and externally. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically
- Oversee customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Manage effective business relationships with customers and internal teams
- Answer product-related questions and provide solutions
- Communicate via email, phone, and MS Teams
- Review customer orders for accuracy and availability
- Partner with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
- Perform data entry and update customer accounts
- Research and resolve customer complaints
- Execute ad-hoc projects, reports, and assignments for management
- Maintain satisfactory attendance and timeliness

Position Requirements
• High School Diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus one (1) year of customer service experience
• Skilled in verbal and written communication
• Excellent telephone skills • Experience working independently
• Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Outlook, and Advanced MS Excel Skills.
