Job Opening: Maintenance Assistant

Select Staffing is Hiring a Part-time Maintenance Assistant!

Location: Hayward

Pay: $30/hr

Schedule: 8am-1pm Monday- Friday

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

-Inspect and maintain pool, furniture, umbrellas, showers, and lighting.

-perform cleaning of clubhouse restrooms and common areas, including:

-Furniture cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal (especially on Thursdays).

-Cleaning and upkeep of outdoor common areas.

-Conduct inspections and cleaning of: -Park streets and lighting

-Trash and debris removal -RV lot and pet stations -Irrigation systems for issues or repairs

-Guest parking areas Required Physical Abilities:

-Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.

-Must be able to dig ditches and holes using a shovel.

-Must be able to operate tools, saws, and machinery safely at ground level, shoulder height, and overhead.

Required Skills & Experience:

-General plumbing knowledge and repair

-General electrical maintenance and troubleshooting

-Carpentry, painting, and staining

-Concrete work and basic structural repairs

-Tree trimming and limb removal -Janitorial services and general cleaning

-Swimming pool maintenance and service
