Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
The Parts Stock Specialist reports to the Service Center Manager and plays a key role in ensuring the efficient management and distribution of parts to support service and repair operations. This position is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, processing parts orders, and providing timely support to technicians and customers. The Parts Stock Specialist ensures that parts are accurately received, labeled, stored, and issued while maintaining organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Maintain adequate shop supplies for general and heavy repair areas.

• Keep the parts room and warehouse clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Label and stock incoming parts in the correct locations.

• Process paperwork for receiving and shipping of parts.

• Pick up parts from vendors as needed and deliver to appropriate locations.

• Maintain accurate inventory control and security.

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move parts and materials.

• Assist with parts counting and cycle counting; handle rejected parts properly.

• Support technicians in lifting and moving materials as needed.

• Load and unload delivery trucks.

• Record and report parts storage information and discrepancies.

• Participate in local meetings and training as required.

• Travel occasionally (less than 60%).
