Day Shift
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Completing tasks soldering components manually in printed circuit board assembly environment
• Completing appropriate paperwork associated with assembly orders
• Adhering to all company operating procedures and quality requirements
• Performing surface-mount and through hole soldering on printed circuit boards
• Trimming, clipping, tinning of wires and leads
• Adhering plastic components and potting/sealing completed work
• Properly label finished products

REQUIREMENTS:
• IPC-A-610 and JSTD-001
• Graduation from an accredited High School (or valid General Educational Development certificate) is required
• 1-2 years of professional experience working with electronics down to the component level
• Familiarity with using any of the following: soldering irons, hot air equipment uses, microscopes, electronic multi-meter, and screw gun
• Soldering skills of fine pitch SMT and through-hole components
• Populate printed circuit boards with thru-hole or secondary operation components
• Follow internal assembly process documentation ensuring product meets company and customer quality requirements
• Ability to assemble parts into metal enclosures
