Schedule Monday to Friday / 5:00am to 1:30pm (Overtime available)

Select Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator for a heater Company in Gardena. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, or tend to more than one type of machine used for production.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating various manual and automated machinery – Press Brake, Spot Welder, CNC, Punch Press, Turret, Laser, etc.

• Set up machines at the beginning of the shift.
• Ensure machines are working safely and efficiently during production.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report machinery malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform quality control measures to ensure parts are up to company standards.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Operate forklift and perform material handling (loading/unloading) when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
