Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient documentation, data entry, and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for shipments, inventory, and transactions
- Perform data entry and update internal systems with relevant information
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely processing
- Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
