Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Vernon,CA
Pay Rate: $18.55 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6:30am – 5:00pm
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of general labor tasks within the plant while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties including loading, packing, dumping, and cutting.

Count, pack, and inspect finished products for correct labeling, cleanliness, and integrity.

Observe all safety rules and regulations, including proper use of PPE and material handling procedures.

Follow established General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food Safety guidelines.

Maintain an orderly and sanitary work area at all times.

Conduct periodic equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and basic cleaning or adjustments.

Understand the impact of individual tasks on team productivity and production goals.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by production supervisors.
Requirements:

Ability to work in a cold environment (around 40°F).
-
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions.

Capable of standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
