We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support our client’s Sales and Operations teams. If you’re bilingual, organized, and have experience in manufacturing, logistics, or consumer packaged goods (CPG), we want to hear from you!
Position: Sales Administrative Assistant
Pay: $25–$28/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Includes 30 minutes of work every other weekend, shared among team members)
Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain customer orders in Microsoft BC with precision

Ensure orders ship on time and all details are recorded accurately

Support the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams with order tracking and communication

Handle eCommerce orders and provide excellent customer service
-
Process credits for shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect products
-
Answer and direct incoming calls to the Sales office

Collaborate across departments to coordinate shipping and receiving schedules

Assist with manual reporting and support process improvements

Provide administrative support for special projects, trade shows, and events
-
Travel locally between sites as needed

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

2+ years of administrative or sales support experience
-
Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments preferred
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Professional, calm demeanor with strong communication skills

Proven stability and long-term work history

Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft BC or similar) is a plus
