Customer Service Representatives – Retail Company (Santa Fe, NM)

Location: Santa Fe, NM
Pay: $16–$18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment Length: Temporary, through the end of February
Holiday Closures: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day

Select Staffing is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a retail company in Santa Fe. This temporary role offers a great opportunity to build customer service skills while working in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and mail.
Assist with order entry, order status, shipments, returns, refunds, and warranty services.
Provide product and service information while offering alternate solutions when needed.
Record and track customer interactions accurately.
Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Computer literacy (data entry and basic systems).

Requirements:

Must have 1 + years of customer service experience with a combination of both in store retail and call center experience.
Must be able to operate a computer and be proficient with Microsoft programs.
Verbal and written communication skills imperative.
Have the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize workloads.
Attention to detail is extremely important.
Must be enthusiastic!
Must possess a professional attitude, have good problem solving skills, analytical and people skills.
Must be able to work independently yet still be a team player in a team-oriented environment.
