Call Center Representative – Ambulance Service Company
Location: El Paso, TX (West Side)
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hours vary between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive customer and partner relationships.

Provide excellent service by ensuring quality standards in every call, inquiry, and resolution.

Research and resolve customer/partner inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Identify trends in call inquiries and grievances; conduct root cause analysis and report findings to management.

Assist in documenting processes and recommending improvements to enhance service.

Support training, contracting, and reporting activities when needed.

Collaborate effectively in team settings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Requirements:
- One to three years office experience.
- Typing 40 WPM
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via telephone with members, and office staff.
- Written?communication skills as well as business writing and presentation skills are required.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Requires ability to retain plan details and basic medical terminology.
- Must be able to work cooperatively with other?employees and function under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to sustain quality standards.
- Must be able to provide ability to type 40 WPM with 90% accuracy.
