Job Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Dispatcher to manage the flow of operations and ensure timely coordination between field teams, drivers, and customers. This role is vital to keeping our services running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
• Dispatch drivers, crews, or service personnel based on schedules and priorities
• Monitor routes and field unit statuses to optimize scheduling
• Communicate updates, instructions, and logistical details via phone, radio, or messaging systems
• Maintain accurate records of calls, work orders, and service logs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or communications is a plus
• Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal communication and decision-making abilities
