At Select Staffing we are looking for a 

Pay rate up to $33per hour depending on experience

Work Schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, and mechanical maintenance (manufacturing environment preferred)

• Proficient in MIG/TIG welding, cutting torches, grinders, and fabrication machinery.

• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and industrial best practices.

• Must be able to read write and understand English.
• Good Work Attitude and Team Player.

 

Duties include:

• We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. This role involves building, modifying, and repairing mechanical components, machinery, and structures used in the production process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with metal fabrication, welding, and mechanical repairs, as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate metal parts and assemblies from blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions using welding, cutting, grinding, and machining tools.

Diagnose mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and systems. 

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or trade certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, and mechanical maintenance (manufacturing environment preferred). Proficient in MIG/TIG welding
