NOW HIRING HR SPECIALIST!

High-touch customer service —Address inquiries via phone, email, and case management platforms, meeting defined service levels and business objectives

HRIS (Workday) administration —Enter and maintain confidential employee data including hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes, leaves of absence, benefits elections, direct deposits, and deductions

Benefits administration —Manage programs such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD/LTD, wellness, and additional company plans
-
Payroll support —Assist with accurate processing of payroll-related transactions and resolve discrepancies in coordination with payroll partners

Data integrity and recordkeeping -Ensure HRIS data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations

Cross-functional collaboration —Work closely with HR, managers, and functional teams to provide support and escalate issues as needed

Process improvement —Identify, document, and implement enhancements or efficiencies in HR processes, systems, or workflows

Issue assessment and resolution —Evaluate employee inquiries and reported issues to determine optimal solutions—whether through escalation, policy explanation, or system changes

Proficiency using HRIS platforms—particularly Workday—for transaction entry and user support

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Meticulous attention to detail and high level of discretion—especially when handling sensitive employee data

Solid understanding of benefits packages, payroll processes, and relevant employment regulations

Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing HR environments.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and continuous-improvement orientation
Qualifications & Experience

Typically 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, benefits, payroll, or HRIS transactional support

Prior experience specifically with Workday or similar enterprise HR systems preferred
-
Familiarity with employment law and compliance obligations at federal/state/local levels
