Administrative Coordinator
Santa Maria, CA
Hourly wage is $20.00 to $23.00 depending on experience.
Training Schedule (30 days +) Mon – Fri 9am-6pm.
Work Schedule Tues – Sat 10am-7pm.
Well established company in Santa Maria is looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator, you have to be flexible to work morning or after noon shifts and weekends as needed. Immediate full-time opening. Training provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate & prioritize office duties
- Receive & dispatch incoming phone calls
- Customer interaction/support
- Receive samples from various locations
- Accurate detailed data recordings
- Schedule & dispatch samplers
- Assist other departments as needed
- Fulfill duties assigned by management
SKILLS:
- Professional customer service
- Data entry accuracy and strong multitasking
- Excellent telephone & written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Self-motivated
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Learns quickly
- Clean DMV record a plus (DMV record must be submitted when assignment starts).
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years secretarial/administrative assistant experience
- Proficient with computers & Microsoft Office
- Touch typist 45 WPM +
- Bilingual (English/Spanish
