Job Opening: Order Processor

Select Staffing is Hiring for an Order Processor in American Canyon, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm Pay rate $24/hr

 The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely downloading and processing of orders and maintaining positive relationships with our client wineries with regard to their orders. 

• Validate and verification of data to match order filling software and upload. 
• Verify and confirm number of orders received to number of orders processed; note exceptions and reconcile 
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including client services, order processing, warehouse, and management 
• Other project coordination and administrative duties as required 
• Excellent organizational skills essential, ability to multi-task and able to prioritize daily tasks 
• Absolute drive to complete projects on time and in a detailed, accurate and thorough manner 
• Proactive at identifying and mitigating potential issues; and at communicating to appropriate team members 
• Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems
