Job Opening: Janitorial Supervisor

Select Staffing is now hiring a Janitorial Supervisor for Non-Profit Organization in San Francisco, CA.

Pay Rate: $44/hr. to $49/hr. BOE

Shift Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00pm, be flexible for OT and Weekend

Job Responsibilities:

-Oversees custodial maintenance for all facilities/buildings and grounds.

-Supervises work activities of janitorial personnel in all facilities/buildings.

-Assigns duties, inspect work, create work orders and reports, and investigates complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action.

-Issues janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of

-Monitors contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to

ensure work is completed according to specifications and established standards.

-Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.

-Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections: general site and grounds custodial

maintenance monitoring and auditing.

-Trains workers in janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment.

-Assists with invoice reviews and budget preparation; forecasts, allocates, and supervises the

financial and physical resources of custodial maintenance.

-Assists with departmental moves, employee moves, and new hire desk set ups in conjunction with

the Capacity Engagement & Space Department.

-Other duties as assigned.
