Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team for an evening shift starting at 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules, dispatching personnel, and ensuring efficient communication between teams.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process service requests, dispatching personnel accordingly.
• Monitor and track field units to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, incidents, and communications.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, technicians, and customers.
• Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or service delays.
• Utilize dispatch software and systems to optimize operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and logistics coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
