- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Valencia, CA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional phone etiquette, and be bilingual in Spanish. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with scheduling pool maintenance and service appointments.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
