Job Responsibilities
- Sampling of components
- Physical testing of in-process materials and finished goods
- Reserve sample arrangements
- Read, understand and follow work orders.
- Follow and maintain all GMP’s.
- Follow safety guidelines
- Perform hands-on tasks
- Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- May use measurement devices such as; micrometer, caliper, and pin gauge
- Strong understanding testing techniques
- Ensure product meets customer specifications
- Meet production standards
- Work in a team environment
- Record-keeping and quality documentation
- Quality assurance
Important! You WILL be exposed to: dust, powder, airborne particles, strong food orders, milk, soy, wheat, and nuts.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality compliance
- one year experience
- Working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory guidelines
- Problem solve efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of basic cGMP and QA/QC regulations for the food, pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Familiarity with safe work practices to include proper personal protective, allergen control, and proper sample handling and disposal
