Pay rate: $20 an hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday Temporary for approximately 4-6 months could be longer
Summary of Position: Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager, and following standard operating procedures, this position is responsible for managing the service relationship with assigned company customers.
Responsibilities:
• Build trusting professional relationships with customers.
• Receive orders arriving by phone, email, EDI or customers portals.
• Accurately enter customers order into Microsoft Navision and Business Central
• Enter all customer Ad Plans ensuring that the proper internal approvals are in place.
• Execute daily prorate, allocation, and order release SOPs for all company locations.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with assigned customers including late orders, product shorts, and raw supply updates.
• Organize and maintain all customer folders with updated pricing and ad entry forms.
• Resolve customer issues by working with the appropriate internal teams and internal processes. Regularly communicate with customers until a resolution is completed.
• Be a part of the regular weekend coverage rotation.
• Responsible for customer payment including resolving deductions of paid invoices.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
•H.S diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years related customer service work.
• Interpersonal skills commensurate with a customer focused service organization.
• Collaboration abilities, teamwork and inter-departmental communication skills are critical to the success of this position.
• Intermediate level computer skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
