An established aerospace manufacturing company is looking for a skilled CMM Inspector/Operator to join its team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CMM equipment, performing precision inspections, and interpreting GD&T requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Brown & Sharpe CMM machines.
- Perform dimensional inspections on aerospace components.
- Set up and inspect parts using a surface plate and precision measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles during inspection processes.
- Utilize and interpret ASME Y14.5 standards for inspection and measurement requirements.
- Complete first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Operate and monitor 2-3 CMM machines simultaneously, depending on production run requirements.

Responsibilities
As an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will:
- Conduct routine cycle counts for packaging, ingredients, raw materials, and byproducts.
- Investigate and help resolve missing product issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low inventory concerns to the Inventory Manager.
- Maintain, track, and report inventory records and inventory changes.
- Partner with internal departments to coordinate product disposition for use or disposal.
- Work with production, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies.
- Maintain and update inventory standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
