• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter, by phone, and via email
• Prepare quotes and invoices for parts sales
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with company standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a parts department, warehouse, or similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, automotive, or equipment parts (industry-specific knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals, and technical documents
• Comfortable using inventory management systems and basic computer applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
