Responsibilities
• Collect product samples following established sampling plans and protocols
• Conduct quality control tests for bottling lines including torque testing, fill height checks, dissolved oxygen DO, CO2 levels, calibrations, particle tests, and alcohol content analysis
• Verify product quality and integrity during production by inspecting filling lines, packaging, labels, dry goods, code dates, and weights
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of all QC analytical equipment
• Monitor and manage inventory of QC supplies to ensure continuous operation
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Apply a strong understanding of Critical Control Points CCPs and HACCP principles
• Maintain working knowledge of BRC or equivalent GFSI standards
• Escalate quality concerns to management and collaborate cross functionally to resolve issues
• Support product changeovers and ensure adherence to CIP Clean In Place and sanitation standards, including tank gauging and accurate record keeping
• Accurately document and enter test data into computer databases

Qualifications
• Familiarity with CIP Clean In Place processes, sanitation standards, and product changeovers
• Understanding of basic quality control processes including data collection, analysis, and documentation or willingness to learn
• Working knowledge of statistical data analysis, laboratory instrumentation, troubleshooting, and wine laboratory analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook strongly preferred

Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join a well-known bedding supplier in Millbrae, CA. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry into the system.
- Interact with the public and employees professionally and tactfully.
- Maintain and organize both digital and paper files.
- Generate financial reports and reconcile credit card statements.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with sales calls when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Molding Technician to join our Production team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn hands-on manufacturing skills and grow within a technical environment. You’ll work closely with experienced technicians, receive structured training, and play a key role in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.
What You’ll Do

Assist senior technicians with daily molding and production tasks

Learn and apply company quality standards while inspecting molded parts

Help identify potential quality issues under supervision

Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks with close guidance

Support machine setup and adjustments under technician oversight

Troubleshoot minor production issues as your skills develop

Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and proper use of PPE

Receive training in safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials
