This role is responsible for inspecting vials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications, while supporting labeling, packaging, and documentation processes in a GMP environment.

What You’ll Do

• Complete vial inspection certification and gowning training

• Visually inspect vials, labels, and finished goods for quality and compliance

• Perform manual labeling and packaging when automation is unavailable

• Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and documentation

• Properly label and dispose of hazardous waste

• Assist manufacturing team members as needed

• Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment

• Follow all SOPs, GMP, and ISO regulations

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have a solid and consistent work history, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports printing operations by assisting with machine setup, operation, and quality control throughout the production process. Similar experience in a print operations setting preferred but not necessary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup and routine maintenance
• Operate and monitor printing equipment throughout production runs
• Observe machines for malfunctions and report issues promptly
• Accurately interpret job tickets and SOPs to ensure customer requirements are met
• Select samples and/or proofs for customer review when requested
• Sort and prepare printed output for the next step in the production process
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Ensure team members have adequate materials, tools, and supplies to maintain workflow

Qualifications

• Proven solid work history with reliability and attendance
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work the assigned evening shift consistently
• Prior printing or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
