Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform FIRST ARTICLE inspection for all level boards and record results.
- Perform INCOMING inspections for all level boards and components and record results
- Perform FINAL inspections of completed assemblies in accordance with procedures and
- requirements and record results
- Ensure accuracy of test equipment by checking against standards
- Review and sign company certifications as required
- Check returned/rejected material for status
- Perform random check of in-process jobs as necessary
- Maintain process and swiftness of department yields and accuracy
- Maintain quality records relating to all inspection activities
- Follow instructions with great care and precision
Education and/or experience:
- Knowledge of product, ISO process, IPC A610 Latest Revision, J-STD-01 Latest revision
- Experience with sampling techniques
