Job Overview
This position ensures professional, accurate, and timely processing of will call orders. The Office Administrator is customer facing at the Will Call desk and supports the transactional side of the will call process while assisting the Customer Service team.
Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the Will Call desk

Process will call orders accurately and efficiently

Run invoices and collect payments when required

Support Customer Service with administrative and transactional tasks

Maintain accurate records and documentation
