Location: Shafter, CA
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a dedicated Line Lead to oversee operations, support team members, and help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

As a Line Lead, you will:

• Set up and manage assigned operation lines to complete customer orders.
• Oversee and support operation line employees to ensure productivity, accuracy, and quality standards are met.
• Ensure employees are properly positioned, prepared, and performing assigned duties.
• Monitor line performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, escalating concerns when needed.
• Maintain records, including inventory tracking and order documentation.
• Train, coach, and support both new and existing employees.
• Collaborate with other Line Leads to coordinate workflow and meet order deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate operational challenges and barriers to the Warehouse Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
